It was a difficult spring to be a graduating high school senior, but schools did their best to honor the Class of 2020 in various ways.

The Greenbrier High School boys and girls soccer coaches recently recognized their 2020 seniors by passing out commemorative yard signs.

“These signs were a small token for our seniors and let our community know how much we have appreciated the time they spent with the program,” Greenbrier boys soccer coach John Paul Wood wrote in an email. “We wish them all the best and a big thank you to Shenna Cox (photography) and Air2ArtStudio (signs).”

The girls team graduates just two seniors in Olivia Burns and Morgan Shelton. The boys team loses Coby Blackwell, Aldo Flores Roman, Alejandro Gonzales, Luis “Leo” Perez, Thomas Perko, Cameron Scott and Caleb Pofahl.
