Sanitation Holiday Notice
The City of Springfield will be closed on Monday, January 18, 2021
for the observance of Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Residents
who normally receive garbage collection on Monday will have
their cart collected on Wednesday, January 20th. Carts must be
curbside by 5:30 a.m. to avoid being missed. If garbage is not out
in time, we can’t come back until your next scheduled day. For

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Springfield will
hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 6:00 P.M.
for the following:
1. Ordinance 20-24, an ordinance rescinding Ordinance 13-13
in its entirety and amending Title 18 of the Springfield
Municipal Code entitled “Water and Wastewaters” by
rescinding Chapter 3 entitled “Sewage Disposal” in
its entirety and substituting a new Chapter 3 entitled
“Sewage Disposal”.
The regular meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen will
follow. All meetings will take place in the board room at City

Notice is hereby given to all members of the County Commission, all residents of Robertson
County, Tennessee and to all persons interested that open, public, regular meetings of the County
Commission of said county will be held at the regular meeting place of the County at the Juvenile
Courtroom of the Robertson County Office Building, in Springfield, Tennessee. January and
February meetings are held on the 4th Mondays while all others are held on the 3rd Monday. All
meetings will commence at the hour of 7:00 P.M. on the following dates for the year 2021, to wit:
