Danny Ray Wright, 74, of White House passed away Sunday, November 4, 2019 at his home.
He was born July 25, 1945 in White House, TN to Leonard & Maggie Bell Long Wright. He worked as a truck driver in the music industry and was of the Baptist faith. He loved fishing and at one time had a hydroponic greenhouse where he grew tomatoes. He really enjoyed driving and always rode quietly as he drove taking in all that was around him.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Alfred Wright; and sisters, Gladys Gregory and Helen Thompson.
He is survived by his wife, Kathi Wright; daughter, Danielle Nicole Archer, both of White House, TN; brother, Sammy (Diane) Wright, Greenbrier, TN; and two grandchildren, Summer Nicole Hughes and Christian Zane Archer, both of White House, TN.
Funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Pastor Stephen Palk officiating. Noel Fisher, Alex Fisher, Jonathan Fisher, Zachary Fisher, Craig Johnson, and Josh Wright serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Johnson, Johnny Crabtree, Kenny Peak and Jerry Lea. Visitation is planned for Wednesday, November 27, 2019 3 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
