On Friday, May 10, at around 8 p.m., a car crashed into a patrol car with the White House Police Department, causing extensive damages to the police cruiser, but no injuries were reported.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol reports that Ashli England, 31, from Jamestown, Tenn. was driving a 2012 Honda CRV and traveling West on Highway 76.

A White House Police vehicle, a 2017 Ford Explorer, driven by Officer Brandon Michael Waller, 25, was traveling East on Highway 76, and was heading straight, after a traffic signal turned green.

While England was making a left turn onto the I-65 south ramp, the Honda she was driving came in contact with the left front side of the patrol car, causing it to crash into a traffic signal pole, according to the THP report.

The Honda spun around into the opposite direction and stopped in a ditch as its final rest.

Neither England nor Waller were injured in the crash. The preliminary report said there were no charges.
