The Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee (DSAMT) held its annual Buddy Walk fundraiser on Saturday, Nov. 2 at The Hermitage.

The City of Greenbrier was well-represented at the event.

Greenbrier Middle School won first place for raising the most money in the school challenge. Bobby Bobcat and the Greenbrier Middle School cheerleading team were on hand to accept their trophy.

The top team was Lucas Troopers, which raised over $20,000. Lucas Williams, a two-year with down syndrome, is the son of Greenbrier’s Duncan and Katie Williams.
