The White House Area Chamber of Commerce and the city’s police department are excited to partner together again for their second annual Coffee with a Cop at Deja Moo Creamery and Coffee on Thursday, Aug. 26 starting at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 9 a.m.

Police Chief Patrick Brady said, “It’s a great way to connect with our citizens in a positive atmosphere. We are able to address citizens’ questions and concerns and to also connect with them on a personal level.

“As a society, we rely so much on social media and cell phones so it is always refreshing to get back to the basics of meeting face to face.”

“We love the support of our local business partners who see the value of open communication with our residents and police department. This event offers everyone the opportunity to connect on a personal level,” Mandy Christenson, White House Area Chamber of Commerce president and CEO, said.

This is a free event for people of all ages to come and enjoy. There will be complimentary drip coffee courtesy of Deja Moo Creamery & Coffee and the full breakfast menu will be available.
